Reservations
All tickets purchases are for a single and specific event. The event will take place on the date, time and at the location indicated on your ticket or boarding pass. Your card will be charged at the time you make a reservation.

Information collected is for our internal company purposes only. We will not share your information with other companies.
Alcohol and Tobacco Policy
Please abstain from using tobacco while on our trips. BYOB but glass containers are not allowed.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations are subject to our 72-hour cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled outside of 72 hours will receive a full refund. If you cancel inside of 72 hours or don’t show up/miss your trip time, we will not refund your purchase.
Weather, of course, is an exception. Island Head will call you if we are not able to run a trip. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us to discuss.
What if we don't show up?
No show, no refund. Seats are limited. If you reserve a seat, you are responsible for that seat. Thank you for being courteous with our time and gas. If you have any questions or concerns, please give us a call.
